Our Plant Health Care (PHC) Program is a holistic approach
to landscape design and maintenance. Plants, when given the
proper growing conditions are less likely to develop disease
and insect problems. While past methods relied on treating symptoms,
PHC emphasizes plant health and preventive treatments that are
not only environmentally safer, but more effective and less
costly in the long run.

Our Plant Health Care program uses chemical spraying as only one of many
alternative and somewhat as a last resort. We are trained and certified
in the use of spray materials and injections to keep insects and diseases
under control. We use great care in balancing your desire for healthy
trees and shrubs with the need for environmental preservation and safety.

Landscape Maintenance |

Includes pruning shrubs, cutting back perennials and groundcover, applying
pre-emergent herbicides, edging and mulching beds, spring cleanups, etc.

The natural look of a brick or flagstone patio or walkway is the perfect
way of linking your outdoor home to your indoor one.While increasing
your outdoor living space it also adds interest, accenting the appearance
of your home. Retaining steps and walls can be useful in dealing with
high maintenance slopes or grade changes, or aesthetic by delineating areas
in your yard or garden. With the installation of large rocks
and boulders, we can create a natural looking rock outcropping. This
adds additional color and texture to add another dimension. With the
addition of landscape lighting, you can enjoy your landscape at night.

The importance of a healthy, mature tree to your landscape and overall
real estate value should not be underestimated. Regular corrective
aesthetic pruning and proper disease diagnosis and treatment are essential
to the health of a tree. Tree removal, when needed, is safe only when
handled by our fully qualified, insured professional climbers.

| Our bucket trucks can reach a height of 55 feet. We use them for tree
removal, as well as installing and repairing flagpoles, etc.

| We are certified and licensed pesticide applicators. Through continuing
educational seminars and conferences, we keep pace with the latest technology.

Consultation |

| Gary has done arboricultural and horticultural consulting for over 20
years. The consulting includes a detailed description of what needs to be
done and a recommended treatment program. We also provide hazardous tree
evaluations, tree valuation reports, and expert witness testimony involving
trees.

Tree Fertilization |
|
| Deep root fertilization, using liquid fertilizers, vertical mulching,
and tree injections.
|

Turf Program |
|
| Our turf program entails five applications. These include crabgrass
control with fertilizer, broadleaf weed control, late summer fertilizer,
grub and lawn insect control, and a fall fertilizer.

Core Aeration of Lawns |
|
| Aeration removes thousands of soil cores from you lawn and drops them
on top of the thatch layer. The cores are about a half inch in diameter
and 2 to 3 inches long. Consider including power aeration in your
annual lawn care program. It's a wise decision that will continue
to pay you and your lawn dividends long after the aerator is gone.
